ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY
Includes both western anatomy and physiology (bodily systems, organs, etc.) and eastern anatomy and physiology (chakras, nadis, etc.).
PHILOSOPHY, ETHICS, LIFESTYLE
This includes study of the Yoga Sutras, ethics for yoga teachers, ashram living, and living the life of the Yogi.
DAILY PRACTICUM
Includes student teaching as well as observing and assisting in classes taught by others.
